Make the most of 1link

We want to ensure that members of the Service Network community get all they can out of the 1link platform, so we run regular training courses at our head office in Meriden (near Birmingham). We’d love you to come along.

One day course

Recommended for both new and experienced users, it offers a comprehensive overview of the platform, covering everything users could possibly need to know.

Small sessions

We only accept a maximum of 10 1link community members for each session to ensure each delegate is able to take full advantage of this learning opportunity.

Everything you need

Breakfast, lunch and all drinks are included, if you have
any special dietary requirements, let us know. In order to create a positive learning experience in a relaxed
atmosphere, attendees are encouraged to dress informally.

Cost

To see all the benefits of using 1link Service Network effectively, we offer our training for just £150 VAT per delegate. To make life simple, you will be invoiced via 1link and the total cost will be collected by Direct Debit.

Booking Conditions 1link is a division of epyx Limited and any reference to 1link is a reference to epyx Limited. Fees are payable in full, including VAT, at the time of booking or 14 days prior to the seminar date. Where bookings are made by an existing member of 1link, placement of this booking is also authorisation that payment may be collected via the existing direct debit in place for the 1link platform. If a customer has to cancel, we will provide a credit note for 80% of the fees providing that we receive written notice 14 days prior to the seminar date,
if notified after this date fees are payable in full. 1link reserves the right to refuse attendance where the attendee fees have not been paid in full. 1link reserves the right to alter seminar dates. In circumstances where a mutually convenient alternative date cannot be offered, 1link will refund the fee in full but will not be liable for any loss or expense to the customer arising out of such alteration. In the event of a customer purchase order containing terms which conflict with the above, the above will prevail.
