They may not always be front and centre, but when you need support, they’re the first to step in. Say hello to some of the 1link Product Support team – Stuart, Richard, and Luke. Between them, they bring a combined 20 years of experience at epyx, a deep understanding of the platforms, and a genuine passion for helping your fleet run more smoothly.
You might recognise them from the other end of a call or a visit, but we wanted to let you know a bit more about them, to give you a better sense of who’s keeping the engine running behind the scenes.
Technical Experts, First and Foremost
The Product Support team are your go-to people for in-depth platform-related queries – from training to more complex problem-solving. Whether it’s setting up new workflows, navigating system updates, or helping to configure modules, they provide expert guidance that keeps your operation on track.
They’re hands-on, highly responsive, and deeply familiar with how large fleets operate. The team are not only specialists in 1link applications, but also highly knowledgeable about the industries in which the products operate. Their role is to ensure you’re not just using 1link, but getting the very best out of it.
Real People, Real Passion
Of course, there’s more to the team than technical know-how. Stuart has been with epyx for over a decade and brings not only encyclopaedic product knowledge but also a creative edge -when he’s not working with customers, you’ll find him playing the piano, gaming, or writing. His dream car? A Ferrari Dino 246 GTS.
Richard, with nearly three years on the team, thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the role. When he’s not providing rapid, reliable support, he’s most likely off-grid, hiking through the countryside or renovating his home. Sunday roast is his go-to comfort food, but his dream drive is a classic VW Split Window Camper.
Luke has been supporting fleet customers for six and a half years and loves nothing more than a technical challenge. His day-to-day is all about finding smart solutions and keeping things moving. A keen golfer and Formula 1 enthusiast, Luke’s dream machine is a roaring V10 F1 car -ideally with a pizza waiting at the finish line.
